A Delegation from KFUPM Visited Saudi Aramco to Congratulate its President

KFUPM and Saudi Aramco confirmed their «keenness on the continuity of partnership and development between the two institutes». They have commended this partnership which « became a unique model of the relationship between the academic and industrial sectors» and noted their «keenness to develop cooperation programs between them».
These agreements happened during a visit of Dr. Khaled S. Al-Sultan, KFUPM Rector, Vice-Rectors, supervisors and deans to Saudi Aramco on Sunday morning of 11th October 2015, to congratulate Engineer Amin H. Nasser, on his appointment as President and chief executive officer of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco). Engineer Al Nasser, vice presidents and a number of company leaders greeted the delegation upon their arrival to the company headquarters.
Dr. Sultan on behalf of the university congratulate engineer Amin Nasser, on his appointment as President and chief executive officer of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), pointed that the university was proud to see one of its graduates leading one of the largest companies in the world and wished him success. In addition, he stressed that the relationship between the university and the company has formed a unique model for cooperation between the academic and industrial sectors, indicating that this cooperation will have the greatest impact on both sides and on the development process in the Kingdom.
"Cooperation between KFUPM and Saudi Aramco took place in many different aspects, but the establishment of DTV and the College of Petroleum and Earth Sciences remain as two prominent witnesses on the success of the partnership between the two sides.
For his part, Engineer Amin Nasser thanked KFUPM officials for their visit, stressing the desire of the company to continued cooperation between the two sides and seek to develop and strengthen it.
