Welcome
King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) is pleased to announce that it will host the Eleventh Arab Structural Engineering Conference (11th ASEC) from Sunday 25 to Tuesday 27 October 2009 (6 to 8 Dhu Al-Qa'dah 1430).The conference aims to provide a forum for academicians, researchers, practicing engineers and policy makers, who have interest in structural engineering, to meet and discuss the recent advances and developments in structures-related areas, and to share ideas on current and future challenges facing the Arab world in responding to the rapid growth of construction in the region. In addition to the regular sessions, the conference aims to have several plenary sessions addressed by well-known academicians, industrialists and public figures, and to hold in parallel an exhibition of the latest construction materials, products and services and technologies provided by the local and international companies.
