Chairmen are requested that all textbooks needed for your faculty and graders may be withdrawn by your messenger upon submission of an approved book issue requisition form to Book Department Issue Section.  Faculty / graders may receive that textbook direct from your department desk. This will facilitate them to save their precious times.

SUB: USE OF PREVIOUS EDITION BOOK BY SE= CTION OR BACKUP PRIOR TO ASSIGNING NEW EDITION

 

As per the University Policy, previous edition book/s must be used before assigning any new edition book, if else; approval from the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs is required.

 

Kindly use previous edition book either by assigning in one of the sections or as = a backup (backup means new edition book will be issued to the remaining students when the previous edition book completely exhausts).

SUB: EXCHANGE TEXTBOOKS WITHOUT CHAIRMEN’S APPROVAL

 

We have noticed that some teachers are instructing their students verbally to rush Book department to exchange textbook that was issued in previous or current semester, either with different title or new edition, without the approval of Chairman. This = puts us in an uneasy situation to comply with individual’s verbal request.=

 

Kindly instruct teachers to take your prior approval before sending their students to replace any books, so that = we may entertain such requests without any arguments.
