The department of Civil Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals is now well positioned to openly advertise and offer its expert professional services to industries, companies and various organizations by virtue of its accumulated experience, expertise and expanded research facilities. The range of services we offer includes the testing of materials and components, evaluation and assessment, specialized and purpose-built short courses and training programs, specific research and other related items. This Website provides a brief introductory and informative note on the department’s research expertise, capabilities and resources in four major areas, namely Structures and Materials, Water Resources and Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering and Transportation.  Our motto is to provide the best possible engineering services to companies and organizations like yours because, through such productive engagement and participation, both parties can benefit and the department can further advance its level of excellence.
