• Faculty and Staff: After joining KFUPM, you should obtain your KFUPM ID from the HR department (B.21) and then fill a Portal account application at ITC Help Desk (R.135 B.14) to obtain your username and password.
• Graduate Students: After receiving your admission letter from the admissions department, your should submit a copy of the letter to ITC Help Desk (R.135 B.14) to obtain your username and password.
• Undergraduate students: After receiving your admission letter from the admissions department, you should attend the introduction day to obtain your username and password.
