Exchange configuration for Outlook 2013

1. 1. Install Outlook 2013 from KFUPM Software Center.

2. 2. Go to -> Control Panel -> Mail -> Email Accounts -> New

3. 3. Follow the screen shot.

1. 4. Proceed with Next Button and within few minutes your email client will be ready to use.
   
   5. (This configuration will keep all emails in the server. You have to manage your emails on daily basis for maintaining your Mailbox Quota. You have to clean the Deleted Items, Junk Folder and unimportant emails. You can configure Archive option in Outlook 2013 which will back up automatically your emails to local disk. POP3 Configuration for Outlook 2013.

1. 1. Install Outlook 2013 from KFUPM Software Center.
   2. Go to -> Control Panel -> Mail -> Email Accounts -> New
   3. Follow the screen shot.
   4. Select “Manual Setup or additional server types” and proceed with Next button.
   5. Follow the screen shoot.
   
   
   
   
   
   6. Select “More Settings” and follow the screenshot
   
   
   
   7. (POP3 configuration will download your emails to local. Either you can remove from server or remove after some days by checking the option in the Outlook client as above).
