Virtual Private Network (VPN)

VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a service that provides password-protected access to KFUPM's network and Internet services when you are connecting from off-campus.

VPN Portal

KFUPM VPN portal provides remote web-based access to KFUPM web resources such as E-Business, BI, portal and filer. Importantly, this service does not require the installation of any client software. To use VPN service click here.

Please note that VPN link only works from off-campus.


Guest VPN

Please follow the below steps to use the NEW VPN.
1. Access
2. Authenticate using KFUPM credentials.
3. Download and install GP client as per your system specs.
4. Run the GP client and in the address space give the same address ‘’.
5. Authenticate using KFUPM credentials.
6. Access your resources in KFUPM the way you used to access them.
Once the client is installed you just need to run and write the new VPN address and start accessing KFUPM resources. You don’t have to follow these steps again and again.
