To be a prominent provider of management education through high quality teaching reinforced by experiential learning for students who will play significant and productive roles in the development of the Saudi economy within the global business environment.

LEADERSHIP

The CIM will strive to be a leader in the provision of undergraduate and graduate management education  in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through:

  • adopting high quality standards in the selection of our students;

  • recruiting and retaining knowledgeable and distinguished academicians who are experts in their fields;

  • providing our students with leadership, communication and interaction skills;

  • pursuing excellence in teaching and research, and attaining and maintaining international recognition in research;

  • introducing new teaching methods that emphasize self learning skills and the integration of theory with practice;

  • expanding the scope of our College by adding new feasible academic programs at the graduate and undergraduate levels;

  • seeking and maintaining AACSB’s accreditation for all of our programs;

  • identifying constraining factors and developing strategies for overcoming them; and

  • focusing on the attainment of recognition beyond our borders by bench marking our programs against those of leading international institutions.
