Program Objectives

The undergraduate bulletin states: “The objective of the Management Program is to prepare students to assume leadership roles in business and other types of institution”. The program is designed to develop the student’s ability to think objectively and make sound decisions. This program will teach the student how to become effective as a person and as a managerial leader.

 

Graduates with a  B.S. in Management should have knowledge and understanding of these broad management areas:

  • Compensation Management

  • Human Resources Management

  • Organizational Behavior

  • Operations Management

  • Materials Management

  • Business Strategy

  • International Business

Additionally, student should develop in depth knowledge on how to apply quantitative techniques in solving management problems and thoroughly understand the importance of utilizing a global perspective when making management decisions.
