| Program Objectives
The undergraduate bulletin states: “The objective of
the Management Program is to prepare students to assume leadership
roles in business and other types of institution”. The program is
designed to develop the student’s ability to think objectively and
make sound decisions. This program will teach the student how to
become effective as a person and as a managerial leader.

Graduates with a B.S. in
Management should have knowledge and understanding of these broad
management areas: |

To develop students’ competence in
effectively formulating and implementing marketing strategies for
consumer, industrial, service, and retail business.

To equip students with methodological and
analytical skills (quantitative and statistical) so that they can
effectively gather, analyze, and interpret information for use in
marketing decision-making.

To enhance students’ marketing-related
communication skills.

To build students’ competence in the
effective use of current information and related technologies in
marketing decision making.
