Professor Al-Harbi's
research of Interests focus on Capital Market-based Accounting Research and
International Reporting Issues including: the effect of accounting
information in financial markets, the valuation role of financial
performance measures in emerging industries, the relation between economic
context and value relevance of financial statement data, and the
determinants of firm’s market value.
Al-Harbi's teaching
interests include financial accounting, managerial accounting, and
