Guidelines for participation in a research paper
 

• Conference Poster Guidelines
• All research papers will peer reviewed before acceptance
• Topics of the research papers should not be out of the scope of the conference topics
• Arabic language is the conference language. However, papers written in English will also be considered
• Each research paper should not exceed 12 pages on A4 paper or not exceeding 6000 words
• The first page should include the title of the research paper, names of authors, mailing address including the e-mail of corresponding author, the abstract and the conference topic to which the paper is relevant
• The Arabic font should be "Traditional Arabic" and the font size should be 12
• Single line spacing should be used
• Tables and figures should be added in separate pages
• Research papers should be sent to the Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the conference through the Web site of the conference at the internet or through the e-mail given in the contact addresses
• More detailed guidelines and information will be provided in later circulars and on the Website of the conference
