Planning and Managing e-learning Programs in Higher Education  عربي

Using technology and implementing e-Learning in higher education institutions is becoming a necessity. Academic institutions face many challenges to cope up with the new developments in information technology which requires careful planning to ensure best utilization of information technology to enhance teaching quality and improve learning outcomes.

Another important issue in implementing information technology is to measure its impact on student learning.
