The Second Graduate Welcome Day was held on Wed. Oct. 14, 2009 in Bldg. 20 - Room 103. All
newly admitted and continuing graduate students at KFUPM are invited to attend the Welcome
Day and the seminars to be presented during the event according to the following tentative agenda:
1. Opening Ceremony and breakfast (8:15 - 8:30AM)
2. Graduate Studies regulations (8:30 - 9:00AM)
3. Registration regulations (9:00 – 9:30AM)
4. Break (9:30 – 9:45AM)
5. Introduction to best teaching and learning practices (9:45 – 10:45AM)
6. How to become a good researcher? (10:45 – 11:45AM)
7. Prayer and Lunch (12:00 – 1:00PM)
