Introduction and Objective
The main objective of the
Central Research Workshop (CRW) is to provide an effective service to the
University's faculty post-graduate research projects. The Workshop is set up
as a production shop covering machining, sheet metal and welding works. The
workshop also has an electronic and instrument capability.
The services offered by the workshop include:
• Fabrication of research physical models and specimens.
• Modification and relevant repair of research models.
• On the spot jobs, small repairs and supplies of accessories
The Workshop employs two (2)
technical staff personnel in a well equipped machine shop and specializes in
the precision work requested by most faculty and post-graduate research
projects.
The Central Research Workshop is located in Building 26, Room 112.
