The Science & Technology Unit (STU) is pleased to invite KFUPM Faculty/Researcher Community to submit pre-proposals for the National Science, Technology & Innovation Plan (NSTIP) for the Academic Year 2014/15 (Semester – 142).
The Conference office, Deanship of Research would like to inform all KFUPM Faculty members that the deadline for receiving conference applications for the academic year 2014-2015 will be before 4:00 pm, Sunday, May 03, 2015 (Rajab 14, 1436 H)
A major goal of this grant is to reduce the high risk associated with basic and exploratory research, which is typically too high for private companies to entirely endure, by having the university fund the project partially in its initial stages through this grant. The grant will be open to KFUPM faculty members and researchers who share research interests with the companies in the DTV.
All interested faculty members and researchers are invited to actively participate in this Grant and to ensure that the complete proposals in the prescribed format along with the required documents are received by the Deanship of Research on or before Sunday March 15, 2015 by 4.00 pm.
Faculty members and researchers are strongly urged to use the indicators contained here-in as guiding principles when selecting conferences to attend.
