Title	Computational Analysis of the Structure and Vibrational Spectra of Fundamental and Bioactive Molecules
Abstract	The computational analysis of the structure and experimental vibrational spectra of two series of H-bonded fundamental and medicinal molecules will be presented. Computed data represent isolated systems that best describe gaseous molecules which are controlled only by intramolecular forces. Real systems are mostly liquids or solids that are controlled by strong intermolecular interactions. The reliability of computed data to study the spectra of relatively large molecular systems will be discussed.
