Lucas-Nulle (LN) a leader company in educational kits in electrical, electronics, automation and telecommunications has visited the EE department at KFUPM on Januray 10, 2012. The company were invited based on a request from the Electromagnetics (EM) group in an attempt to update the undergraduate laboratories for the courses Microwave Engineering (EE407) and Antenna Theory (EE422). The company representative demonstrated several educational kits that can be used for the aforementioned laboratories. The kits included fully contained course and laboratory material and experiments that seemed to be very useful. The EM group will discuss the demo and the kits presented for future upgrade of the senior level laboratories.
It is worth mentioning that LN is providing laboratory kits for universities in over 120 countries, and a major partner of major German industrial companies such as Mercedes and BMW.
