Dr. Ayman Shabra, of Masdar Institute of Technolohy, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. will have a talk titled "Applications of Continuous-Time Delta Sigma Modulation in Low Power Systems" at 12:30 pm on Dec. 28, 2011 in 59-2002. The abstract of the talk is as follows:

 

Abstract:

In this talk two examples will illustrate the many important advantages of continuous time delta sigma modulators in the design of analog front-end (AFE) circuits. These advantages include low power consumption, inherent anti-aliasing, and low input referred noise.
