Energy Systems Research Group(Back up data)

The main goal of the Energy Group is to coordinate the academic programs in the department as well as to pursue research activities amongst the faculty members in the department and also with the industry. The group constantly monitors the academic program in the power, machines, power electronics, high voltage and other disciplines in the Energy Systems area. The group takes up revising, updating and modifying these courses whenever necessary. In terms of research activities, the group encourages and initiates intra departmental research amongst the faculty members. The group also initiates and participates in research activities with the power industries, KACST and other International Organizations.
