Food Safety Training for Kitchen Staff
Food safety is a public health concern and having its knowledge and awareness helps to prevent foodborne illness. Safe and healthy practices in food facilities plays a critical role in ensuring food safety that can avoid food contamination. Food safety and the prevention of foodborne illnesses is one of the EHS primary responsibilities. The EHS department provides this training to all the kitchen staff of food facilities, which covers the health and safety aspects related to food handling, personal hygiene, temperature control, etc.
