Sewage and Plumbing
• The wastewater from food premise should go to the sewer in a sanitary way.
• The food remain must not go into surface gutters or surface channels to prevent blockage of sewer lines.
• Suspend the food preparation in case of any backflow of sewage into the kitchen or food preparation area.
• Sewerage and plumbing systems must always be kept in good working condition, free from any defects, and leakage. It should be properly covered to prevent entry of pests to the food facility.
