The poor workstation design may have effect on the following body parts due to repetitive nature of tasks:
         - Eyes
         - Neck 
         - Back
         - Shoulders
         - Arms
         - Wrists
         - Elbows
The possible signs along with the other general problems experienced due to the poor design of workstation are:
Eyes:
Irritation
Headaches
Eyestrain
Dryness
Neck:
Muscle tightness/stiffness
Muscle tenderness
Pain in neck and shoulders
Headaches
Reduced range of motion when turning head
Back:
Burning pain at back
Tingling in leg and foot
Difficulty turning or bending back
Back muscle stiffness
Increase pain with prolonged sitting
Shoulders:
Difficulty moving arm above head
Difficulty moving head
Tingling, numbness in arm and hand
Decreased ability to lift using arm
Arms:
Reduced gripping ability  
Difficulty twisting arm
Tingling and pain in forearm
Wrists:
Numbness or tingling in the fingers
Wrist tenderness with increased activity
Decreased ability to pinch and grasp
Decreased grip strength
Elbows:
Sore forearm muscles
Tenderness at the elbow that gets worse with activity
