The Department of General Studies was founded in 2007. It is an interdisciplinary department composed of experts from the fields of Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, History, and Cultural Anthropology. Our diverse faculty are dedicated to providing a variety of enriching courses (instructed in English) to all KFUPM students. Course offerings include International Relations, Work and Society, Principles of Human Behaviors, Personality Psychology, Cultural Anthropology, World Civilization, Mass Media & Society, and Globalization. We are also developing more new course for students.
