University Diploma Students

  Important Date

Fee Payment

Please note the No Cash/Cheque/Draft is accepted. Student can only Deposit directly in Diploma bank account in Riyad Bank Account no# 3121746409940

Refund

Students can refund according to the following percentage mentioned with the dates in the Academic calendar 081 when he withdrew from the program.

Ø  First week     90% Refund

Ø  Second week 70% Refund

Ø  Third week    40% Refund

Ø  After third week NO REFUND

Students are requested to drop courses on times as mentioned above i.e. within the due dates to claim refund.

Diploma New Students

After submitting, their papers in Students affairs room 155 and getting the admission letter. Students should bring the following things to the Registration office room 137.

Ø  College admission letter

Ø  College new ID card or number.

Ø  Fee Deposit slip with correct account number and amount.

Ø  Transcript / University approval letter from KFUPM  Admission department if student is transferred from KFUPM

Confirming Registration (Collecting Program Notices)

All active college-level students must visit the DCC registration website and confirm collecting their schedule for the current term Wednesday 30 September 2009. Click for the details

It should be noted that only a student himself can complete the registration process. Action will be taken if someone other than the student himself attempts registration.

Late Registration
Students, who do not confirm their registration during the pre-announced dates, can register until the last day of late registration according to the academic calendar upon payment of a fine.

Last day for late registration is Wednesday 7 October 2009.
