If you are not able to access the system please make sure of the following Internet Explorer settings:

A. Exceptions

Step 1:

    Choose Internet Options from the Tools menu

Step 2:

    Follow the sequence of clicks in the next figure and make sure you have *.kfupm.edu.sa in the Exceptions box

B. Getting Authentication Window

    Follow the following steps to make sure you get the windows authentication window for local Intranet sites

    And the same for Internet sites
