Colleges, Departments and Interdisciplinary Programs
All of KFUPM's five colleges offer undergraduate and graduate programs: Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Computer Sciences and Engineering, Industrial Management and Environmental Design.A complete list of academic departments is available by college. In addition, a number of interdisciplinary programs cross the boundaries between departments and disciplines.
Undergraduate Education
Nearly 8,000 students in 15 departments and programs are currently pursuing baccalaureate degrees at KFUPM. The KFUPM undergraduate degree program is designed to achieve balance between depth of knowledge acquired through specialization and breadth of knowledge gained through exploration. Graduate Education
Students from all over the world are currently pursuing post baccalaureate degrees at KFUPM. An overview of the graduate program can be found in the KFUPM Bulletins. Numerous offices and resources support graduate students in their academic and research endeavors.
Executive, Professional & Continuing Education
KFUPM offers valuable opportunities for lifelong learning. Continuing Studies schedules a broad range of courses, seminars and workshops for people in the Eastern Province. The KFUPM English Language Center provides English-learning courses. The Deanship of Educational Services has diploma programs for undergraduate providing unique access to KFUPM's outstanding faculty and attracting talented students from around the world.
Libraries
The KFUPM University Libraries contain more than 1 million volumes and maintain an online catalog called Horizon.
Registrar's Office & Course Information
The Registrar's Office, which maintains students' academic records, produces the Academic Calendar. The Registrar's Office also sets the academic calendar and maintains RegWeb, the online academic information system used by students, faculty and advisors.
