·          Stress and strain analysis in solids.

·          Optimization of mechanical systems (dynamic, thermal, solar, etc.).

·          Conjugate heat transfer in pipes for different types of flow (laminar, turbulent, pulsating, etc.).

·          Computational fluid dynamics and heat transfer.

·          Numerical methods.

·          Dynamic and vibration problems.

·          Energy, exergy and entropy analysis of mechanical systems.
