the mutual benefit of KUPM faculty and the counterparty organizations. To this
end, the Office of International Cooperation (OIC) has been mandated to
activate existing international agreements so as to

Increase
KFUPM faculty participation in international research and teaching institutions

Increase
faculty involvement in collaborative international projects supported by
external funding
KFUPM has
established areas of excellence in research, thanks to the dedicated efforts of
faculty and staff. The OIC wishes to capitalize on this, by promoting your
particular areas of expertise and excellence with interested international
counterparties, as well as receiving your valued feedback on enhancing the role
of the OIC.
As such, your
kind assistance in providing the attached information on your current research,
expertise and preferred areas of international collaboration, would be highly
appreciated. The aim is to match KFUPM faculty skills and preferences with
those from existing and potential new collaborative agreements.
