Objectives

The students are expected:
to comprehend the material of this course.
to improve their computational skills in basic Algebra
demonstrate their writing ability in Mathematics with logical steps.

Exam I (MCQ): 22 points Exam II (MCQ): 22 points Final Exam (Comprehensive & MCQ): 36 points  
Class Work: 20 points - (4 quizzes at least - 7 pts, one class test - 8 pts, Homework - 5 pts, Class Attendance, etc)
Note # 1:  A student will be awarded the GRADE “DN” after missing EIGHT classes without an OFFICIAL excuse. It is the responsibility of the student to keep the record of his absences. Students will have ONLY 6 days to submit their excuses to the prep-year affairs ( 1st warning: 3 absences,  2nd warning: 6 absences,  “DN”: 8 absences)
