Welcome to the website of the Saudi Arabian Section of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is an American professional society that provides a forum for the advancement of the theory and practice of the Chemical Engineering profession. The local Saudi Arabian Section (SAS-AIChE) of the Institute holds quarterly lecture dinner meetings and company visits. These activities provide an opportunity for chemical engineers and other professionals to listen to lectures from key personnel of major Chemical Industries and become aware of their activities. Furthermore, members get to meet fellow engineers and discuss subjects of common interest. This site contains an overview of these activities and indicates future events that are being planned.
