The Thin Films and Materials Group is a research group in the Physics Department of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. The group was established in 1991 to conduct research on the synthesis, characterization, and applications of advanced thin film materials. The research focuses upon both the fundamental properties and practical applications of thin film materials.
